Day 1: Arrival - Panama City
Arrive into Panama City at the airport at (Time TBC) and be transferred by your private transporters directly to your lovely hotel through the vibrant financial and commercial district.
The hotel is within minutes of the best shopping centers, fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs. Spend the evening enjoying the Panama tourist places this City provides especially on the weekend, or simply relax enjoying the amenities of your deluxe hotel.
GROUND TRANSPORT: Transfer from Panama Int. Airport at (Time TBC), to hotel by private transporters – Please look for the driver with a sign with your name on it.

Day 2: Panama City (Free day)
This is a free day to explore some of the best Panama tourist places . You can visit its monuments, museums, shop at the various department stores, stroll through the historic district or pay a visit to the theater or casino.
Or you may opt for one of our special day-tours like crossing the Panama Canal, visiting the Metropolitan National Park with its tropical flora and fauna, the Indian village of Embera and much more.

Day 3: Panama City - Pearl Islands
Depart at 7:30 a.m. with your private transporters from your hotel to Albrook airport from where a short flight (~ 20 min) will take you to the breathtaking Pearl Islands region of Panama and the San Jose Island, one of the most beautiful Panama tourist places.
Coral white, ebony black and radiant gold beaches and coves surround the island and lush green vegetation covers its sloping hills which peek to 400 feet.
Upon your arrival the hotel transports will be waiting for you to take you to Hacienda Del Mar, where you will be welcomed with a courtesy cocktail and then led to your cabin. It is up to you if you would like to take one of the many tours and activities offered by the hotel or spend the rest of the day relaxing at the lodge.
GROUND TRANSPORT: 7:30 a.m. transfer by private transporters from your hotel in Panama City to Albrook airport.
AIR TRANSPORT: At 9:30 a.m. departure by air (max. weight 25 lbs per person) to San Jose Island (~ 20 min flight).
GROUND TRANSPORT: Upon arrival, you will be met by the hotel transporters to take you to the hotel. Please look for the driver with the sign Hacienda del Mar.
LODGING: 3 nights – Standard Cabin – Hotel Hacienda Del Mar

Day 4: San Jose Island (Free Day)
Free day to enjoy the hotel’s amenities and explore the island. You can, for example, take an ATV (four wheel motorbike) tour! This 2.5 hour tour on miles of roads and trails on our all-terrain four wheel motorbikes will bring you to some of the most exotic and primitive spot of the island.
You will travel of through 14,000 acres of pristine ecosystems with primary jungle crossing mountains and rivers. We will stop on the way to different beaches so you can swim, drink cold drinks and take pictures of the majestic points of the island.
You will opportunities to see the wildlife (iguanas, wild pigs, deer, etc.). Spend the afternoon enjoying the relaxed casual elegance of your hotel and your cabin, walk along the beach, go for a swim and look forward to a spectacular sunset.
Day 5: San Jose Island (Free Day)
Free day to enjoy one of the best Panama tourist places! Discover it’s beautiful beaches in the crystal clear blue sea.
The hotel staff will be happy to help you plan all your fun filled days during your stay. Available activities include snorkeling, diving, fishing, wave runner riding, water skiing, exploring the beautiful isolated island, relaxing by the pool, taking exciting jungle tours, kayaking, mountain biking, hiking, banana boat rides, bird watching or simply lounging on the private white sand beach.
Day 6: San Jose Island - Panama City
Enjoy your last morning on San Jose Island before being immersed in cosmopolitan Panama City. Have breakfast overlooking the crystal clear sea or dip into the ocean for a last swim. At 8:00 a.m., the hotel transporters will take you to the airport for the 10:00 a.m. flight back to Panama City.
Enjoy the rest of the day in Panama City. Your hotel is within minutes to great Panama tourist places, like the best shopping centers, fashion boutiques, cafes, restaurants, bars and night clubs. You could also use the afternoon to take part in one of our Recommended Tours from Panama City.
GROUND TRANSPORT: 8:00 a.m. pick up by the hotel transporter for transfer to the airport. Please confirm exact departure time with hotel concierge the night before.

- • Cancellations must be made in writing 45 days prior to arrival date (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations) for full refund, subject to any cancellation fees that may be charged by the hotel and the administrative fee identified herein below.
- • If cancellations are not made in writing within 45 days (60 days for Christmas/New Year and Easter reservations), penalties may be equal to the total invoiced amount (hotel terms will apply).
