Laguna Lodge Tortuguero is a rain forest ecotourism lodge, a leader among this tropical country’s hotels and resorts with an extra touch in style, comfort and personalized service. Optional tours offered by the Laguna Lodge are furthermore the Turtle nesting night walks (from mid July to October approximately; $20 per pers.) – a highlight for every nature lover!!! – and fishing trips with experienced local captains for Tarpon, Snook, Jacko Bell, Red Snapper, and Macko among other species (trips and rates upon request). Kayaking is also available so you can explore some of the canals on your own if you have a chance and marvel at the exotic plants and animals the region has to offer.
